Please read these rules before entering the Amazon.com and Lund Truck Month Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
If you are an individual legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees and employees of Lund International ("Lund”), and our and Lund’s employees’ immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our and Lund’s affiliates, advisors and advertising/promotion/prize provider agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter
You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on May 1, 2014 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on May 31, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, you must enter via either Entry Method #1 or Entry Method #2 below.
Entry Method #1

(2) Click the "Like" button to "Like" the Amazon Automotive Facebook page if you have not already done so; and
(3) Click the "Continue to Enter" button to enter using your name and e-mail address associated with your Amazon.com account. If you are not already logged into your Amazon.com account when you click "Continue to Enter", you will be required to log in to your Amazon.com account to complete the entry process. After entering, you will be taken to an entry confirmation page where you can review your entry information along with instructions for changing your entry information if necessary.
You must have an Amazon.com account and Facebook account and be logged in to each of those accounts to "Like" the Amazon Automotive Facebook page and enter the Sweepstakes. Entering the Sweepstakes via Entry Method #1 will connect your Facebook account with Amazon, enabling social features that, among other things, will enable you to participate in the Sweepstakes.

If you wish to enter the Sweepstakes with more limited social features enabled than those required for Entry Method #1, alternatively, you may enter the Sweepstakes by following the steps below.

Prize
We will award one prize consisting of a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT Series SuperCrew Truck (approximate retail value $43,000.00). Prize value may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, equipment/accessories and mileage on vehicle. The prize will be fulfilled by Lund, us, or our respective provider agency. If you are selected as a potential winner, Lund, we, or our respective prize provider agency will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the prize. All features of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior and all other options and features will be determined by Lund, us, or our respective provider agency in our each of our sole discretion. Winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid United States driver’s license and proof of auto insurance at or before time of delivery as requested by Lund, us, or our respective provider agency. Winner must take delivery of the prize at a location designated by Lund, us, or our respective provider agency in each of our sole discretion, in reasonable proximity to winner’s residence, including, but not limited to, from an automobile dealership or other such location as designated by Lund, us, or our respective provider agency in each of our sole discretion. If winner cannot take delivery of the prize as stated in these Official Rules or as otherwise required by Lund, us, or our respective provider agency, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternative winner will be selected. Winner is responsible for all fees and taxes associated with acceptance of the prize, including, but not limited to, title/transfer, license, registration, and auto insurance. Winner is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to the prize, including, but not limited to, insurance and registration requirements and operating restrictions. The depiction of the prize in any advertising and promotional materials may differ from the actual vehicle delivered to winner. The winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to Lund, us, or our respective provider agency in order to claim the prize.
Prize Drawing
The potential winner will be selected at a random drawing to be held on or about June 2, 2014. We must receive eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period for them to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential winner by phone or e-mail within 5 business days following the drawing, and he/she will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. The potential winner also must sign and return any additional documentation necessary for prize fulfillment as requested by Lund, us, or our respective provider agency in each of our sole discretion. We may select an alternative potential winner if the potential winner does not return the requested, completed document(s) as requested within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Additional Terms
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. You agree that our decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final.
