The Monday Bites Facebook contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") shall be Conducted Every Monday at 3PM IST. It will continue till the next day Tuesday till 3PM IST. The winners will be announced on every Tuesday, at 7PM
The Contest is open to residents of India who are above the age of eighteen (18) years. In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the Prize (defined below).

The Contestant expressly undertakes that picture uploaded by him /her does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third person and/or party. The Contestant shall indemnify and at all times keep indemnified and hold harmless the Company against any claims, loss, damage that may be suffered by it as a result of such infringement by the Contestant without contestation or demur.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered, or for any personal injury that maybe suffered, as a result of participating in this Contest.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize after handing over the same to the Winner/ his/ her assign(s). Any delivery / octroi charges arising for transporting the Prize will be borne by the winner.
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India only.
