#MyMcVities (Twitter Contest) for
McVitie's
India
This Twitter based contest is
subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. #MyMcVities (hereinafter
referred to as the "Contest/Promotion") is being organized by
McVitie’s India.
2. The decision of McVitie’s
India shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion and no
correspondence in this context will be entertained. McVitie’s India reserves
the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. A) The Contest is valid on
29th May 2014 from 11.00 am to (to be decided) [hereinafter referred to as
"The Contest
Period"] all over India. McVitie’s India reserves the right to
discontinue the contest
without prior notice.
B) Three winners will be decided by a draw of
lots among the fans who answer the entire question set correctly. Same to be
judged by a panel constituted by McVitie’s
India. A winner will be announced on basis of inviting maximum friends to
participate in the contest.
C) Winners
must claim their prize within 24 hours of the announcement of results. Any
claims post that will not be entertained.
4.A) No purchase or payment of
any consideration is necessary to enter the contest.
B) Each participant must Follow
@McVitiesIndia to be eligible to take part in the
contest.
C) Each Participant must use the
promotion hash tag (#MyMcVities) in all their tweets for the entry to be
considered.
D) Each participant consents to
the use of information supplied by the participant in any media for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or
payment or other compensation to the participant, by McVitie’s India
5. The
Contest is open to all residents of India.
6. Eligibility requirements
include a valid residential address, contact number and e-mail id and twitter
handle.
