These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest “#MicromaxwithXmen” henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought to you by the organizer – Micromax Informatics Limited, henceforth will be referred as “Micromax”
This contest is brought to you by Micromax and any participation in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is open to all Indian residents of 18 years of age except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
This contest is open from 12th May, 2014 on the official Micromax Facebook and Twitter Account. The last day for participation is 13th May, 2014 till 11:59 PM.
All decisions with respect to this contest, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
Each winner will get 1 X-Men goodie bag and we are selecting 10 winners from Facebook and Twitter each.
Micromax shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.
Micromax reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.
To participate in the #MicromaxwithXmen Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:
a) Follow and Like Micromax’s official presence on Twitter & Facebook respectively https://twitter.com/Micromax_Mobile & https://www.facebook.com/micromaxinfo
b) Follow the instructions as mentioned over there
c) Share or Re-Tweet the post, which we will be publish on [12th May, 2014]
d) At the end of the Contest Period, all Contest entries received by the Organizer during Contest Period will be considered for deciding Winners.
e) The winners will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw.
f) The final shortlisting of the winners will be at the sole discretion of Micromax & will not be contestable
11. By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total.
