Contest - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest
“#MicromaxwithXmen” henceforth will be known as the “Contest”, which is brought
to you by the organizer – Micromax Informatics Limited will be referred as
“Micromax”
This contest is
brought to you by Micromax and any participation in this regard is voluntary.
This Contest is open for Delhi and Mumbai residents of 18 years of age except
the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies,
its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies
and their associate companies (“Contestant”). Minors are not allowed to
participate in this Contest.
This contest is
open from 8th, 2014 on the official Micromax Facebook and Twitter Account. The
last day for participation is 9th May, 2014 till 11:59 PM.
All decisions with
respect to this contest, including number of gifts and type of gifts, will be
at the sole discretion of Micromax and the same will be final & binding on
a non-contestable basis.
Prizes are
non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made
in lieu of prizes.
Each winner will
get 2 movie tickets and we are selecting 50 winners from Delhi and Mumbai
respectively.
Micromax shall not
be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be
suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
Micromax reserves
the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this
contest at any time without prior notice.
Any dispute
arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any,
shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.
Micromax reserves
the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to
this contest.
To participate in
the #MicromaxwithXmen Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:

b) Follow the
instructions as mentioned over there
c) Answer two
questions. We will be publishing one question on [8th May, 2014] and another
one tomorrow [9th May, 2014]
d) Multiple entries
are allowed.
e) At the end of
the Contest Period, all Contest entries received by the Organizer during
Contest Period will be considered for deciding Winners.
f) Only unique and quality entries will be eligible to win.
g) Spammers will be disqualified from participation.
h) The final shortlisting of the winners will be at the sole
discretion of Micromax & will not be contestable.
11. By participating in this contest, the participants
accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total.
