Rules of this contest
These
terms and conditions rule the behaviour of the Micromax: Watch the World
Premiere contest & from now on will be known as the "contest",
which is brought to you by the planner – Micromax.
- This contest is brought to you by Micromax and any involvement in this regard is voluntary. This Contest is for all Indian resident of 18 years of Age and above leaving the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies ("Contestant"). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
- The contest was open on 1st may 2014 and will last till 4th May 2014 till 11.59 pm on the official Micromax Website.
- All decisions with high opinion to this contest, counting number of gifts and type of gifts, will be at the sole judgment of Micromax and the same will be last & binding on a non-contestable basis.
- Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be swap for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
- The grand prize will be 5 couple tickets to Singapore to watch the premiere of X-Men: Days Of Future Past (This will include only the cost of tickets and boarding. The winner is liable to pay any other expenses incurred) The 5 participants with the highest score will each win a couple pass to Singapore. The next 10 highest scorers will win10 X-Men gift hampers each comprising of X-Men merchandise.
- Micromax shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this contest.
- Micromax reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Micromax.
- Micromax reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that gets created with respect to this contest.
- Totake part in theX-Men: Days Of Future Past contest, the contestant needs to do the following:
- Log on to the Micromax X-Men microsite – www.micromaxinfo.com/Xmen
- Follow the advice as mentioned over there.
- Tweet to the official Micromax Mobile twitter handle with the hash tag of the day.
- Number of entries are allowed.
- At the end of the Contest Period, all Contest entries received by the Organizer during Contest Period will be taken in notice for deciding Winners.
- Winners will be selected on the basis of the following parameters.
- We will shortlist 15 entries basis the leaderboard rankings.
- By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified above in total.
- Own a valid India Passport, with an expiry date of no less than 31st Oct, 2014.
- The Grand prize winners will be contacted on the 5th of May by the Micromax team. The will need to respond to and accept the prize within a duration of 5 hours. If a winner fails to do so, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
- Winners of the world premiere tickets will need to arrange for travel to the Singaporean embassy for any visa processing requirements. Micromax will communicate the embassy location to the winner once the results have been declared.
- Winners of the world premiere tickets will need to arrange for their own travel to Delhi/Mumbai airports for the flight to Singapore.
